Our Price Match Promise is simple. We'll match the price on any product of the same size and quality and grade of cardboard. Not only that, if you buy something from us and then find it cheaper, we'll refund the difference (as long as it's within 7 days of purchase).

Just email us a printout of the competitors price and proof that the product is in stock and we'll take it from there.

• We will include delivery charges when comparing prices

We match all stores and online retailers based in the UK, except online marketplaces and auction sites for example Amazon and eBay. We will price match any product that is in stock and available for immediate purchase in the identical size and grade. We will match the price after any discounts / voucher codes, as long as they are available to everyone.

Why do we offer this?

We offer a guaranteed delivery on our next working day or selected date delivery services once the order has been despatched and you receive the confirmation email with the delivery date specified. To qualify for our guaranteed delivery service and a full refund if you don't receive any of your products on the delivery day specified on the despatch notice, the following conditions must apply.

• Products have to be purchased with the 'signature is required' option.
• Products have to be delivered to the registered card holders address.
• Products have to be delivered on a weekday (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5.30pm excludes all Bank Holidays
